Priced per project. The only things that change between plans are how many keywords and how many subreddits you may track. Relevance scoring, all four alert channels and unlimited team members are on every one.
Per project. Seven-day trial, no card. Change size or cancel at any time.
Redwatcher is a Reddit monitoring tool that scores every keyword match for relevance before it alerts you.

What every size includes
Nothing below is a higher tier. The two allowances above are the only difference between the plans.
| Included on every size | |
|---|---|
| Relevance scoring | Every match scored 0 to 100, with the reasons attached |
| Custom scoring rules | Written in plain language, and corrections become rules |
| Email alerts | To the address on your account |
| Slack | One click, into the channel you pick |
| Telegram | One click, no bot token to create |
| Webhooks | A signed POST to any URL |
| Team members | Unlimited, with no per-seat charge |
| Projects | No limit on how many an account holds |
| Checking schedule | Around the clock, multiple times every hour |

What a project is
A project is one thing you monitor: one brand, or one client if you are an agency. It has its own keywords, subreddits, scoring rules and alert destinations, and it is bought at its own size.
An account holds as many projects as you need, and you switch between them in the sidebar. A team of six people watching four clients pays for four projects and nothing for the six people.

How the allowances are counted
- A keyword is one term you want to hear about. Your brand counts as one. Every competitor you track counts as one keyword, and the spellings underneath a name do not count separately.
- A subreddit is one community you have named. There is no allowance for "all of Reddit", on purpose. Naming the communities keeps the volume down to something a person can read, and gives the scoring the context it needs.
- A match is not metered at all. There is no per-keyword daily cap and no monthly quota, so a busy week produces a busy week of alerts and the score you set decides how many reach you.
Which size to start on
Size against the two allowances. They run out at different speeds.
Keywords go further than people expect. One brand with its spellings is one keyword. Three to six competitors is three to six more. A handful of phrases describing the problem you solve rounds it out, and most businesses are inside 25.
Subreddits are the one that grows. A single product in a single category usually needs 10 to 20 communities. An agency, or a brand selling into several categories, passes 25 quickly, because each category brings its own set.
In practice 25 and 25 fits one product in one category, 50 and 50 fits a brand selling into two or three, and 100 and 100 fits an agency running a wide brief or a company with several product lines. Starting small costs nothing. The size changes up at any time, and the keywords and subreddits you have already entered stay where they are.

What happens at the limit
Nothing is dropped silently. A project at its keyword limit will not accept a new keyword until you remove one or move up a size, and the same applies to subreddits. The limit is on what you are watching, never on what reaches you: matches are not metered, so a term that has a busy week produces a busy week of alerts on any size.
This is worth checking when you compare prices. Plans sold by mentions or results a month give you a monthly quota of things to read, and it runs out. A size here sets how much you can watch, and your score setting decides how much of what it finds is worth interrupting you for.
Changing size, and stopping
Sizes change up or down at any time, per project. A project that outgrows 25 keywords moves to 50 without touching the others in the account.
The trial runs seven days and takes no card. There is no annual commitment and no notice period.
What the trial covers
Seven days, no card, and every feature. Scoring runs from the first check, all four alert channels are available, and setup takes the subreddit and keyword suggestions off your website, so you spend the week on real matches instead of on configuration.
Two things to do while it runs. Watch a term you already know is busy, so you see what the score does with real volume and not with a quiet week. And correct two or three scores you disagree with, because that is the mechanism you will lean on afterwards, and it is the quickest way to find out whether its judgement matches yours.
The trial ends by itself. Nothing is charged unless you choose a size, and a project that lapses stops monitoring. It does not run on and bill you later.

Pricing questions people ask
How much does Reddit monitoring cost?
$29 a month per project for 25 keywords and 25 subreddits, $49 for 50 and 50, and $89 for 100 and 100. More than 100 of either is a custom plan.
Is there a free plan?
There is a seven-day trial that takes no card, then $29 a month. Every feature is available during the trial.
Do I pay per user?
No. Team members are unlimited on every size, and there is no per-seat charge.
Does tracking a competitor cost extra?
No. Each competitor counts as one keyword against the allowance you already have.
What happens if a keyword gets busy?
Nothing changes on the bill. There is no per-keyword daily cap and no monthly quota on matches; the score you set decides how many reach you.
Can I run more than one brand on one account?
Yes. Each brand is a project with its own keywords, subreddits and rules, paid at its own size, and an account holds as many as you need.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, at any time, with no notice period and no annual commitment.
