Up to 50 keywords in up to 20 subreddits, partial, exact and regex matching, 90 days of match history, and alerts by email as often as every 15 minutes or by SMS, and it also searches all of Hacker News for your keywords. Its FAQ says Reddit matches come only from the subreddits you choose, and that SubWatch "only reads public content" and never replies for you.
